You'll need to deregister the device that was registered under the old account before you can successfully register the device under the new account.
Purchased content is tied to your account, so a device registered to a new account will not be able to use content purchased under the old account.
You should also be aware that we can't de-register a device from an existing account on your behalf if we don't have clear identification.

So we recommend that you continue to use your existing account.

If you know the email address you used to sign up, you can reset the password for your old account.

1. Click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the homepage.

2. Click the "Find member information" button and a pop-up window will appear.

3. Enter the email address you used to sign up in the pop-up window.

4. Enter the Verified verification code and click the "Confirm" button.

5. Check your email account for an email titled "[GUNPOWER] Finding the Member's Information Email".
If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

6. Log in with the password sent to you and register a new password in "My account".
